Return Eligibility
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Original tags must still be attached
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only
• Gift cards and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
Exchanges
• You have 45 days from delivery to exchange for a different size or color
• If your size is in stock, we ship your exchange the same day we receive your return
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
MDA accepts all damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items for a full refund or free replacement within 14 days of delivery; this applies even to Final Sale items.
